1. Introduction
By accessing socialtradehub.com (the "Website"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Social Trade Hub.
2. Definitions
- "User": any individual or entity who accesses or uses our platform
- "Website": socialtradehub.com and all associated subdomains
- "Services": copy trading, trade replication, signal forwarding, and automation services provided by Social Trade Hub
- "User Account": the registered account created by the user to access our services
3. Services
Social Trade Hub provides automated trading solutions including: Telegram signal copying to trading accounts, trade replication between multiple accounts (Trade Copier), signal forwarding to Telegram channels (Pro Forwarder), and backtesting services. All services are provided on a subscription basis without the need for a virtual private server (VPS).
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
5. User Content Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or any systems connected to it
- Use any automated means to access the services or collect data (scraping, bots, spiders)
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
6. Signal Transmission
Social Trade Hub transmits trading signals as received from third-party sources (Telegram channels, signal providers). We do not verify, validate, or endorse the accuracy, reliability, or profitability of any signals transmitted through our platform. Signal transmission may be subject to delays, interruptions, or errors beyond our control.
7. Hub Performance
While we strive to maintain optimal service performance with 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our Hub service. Performance may be affected by network conditions, server load, broker connectivity, and other factors outside our control.
8. Signal Provider Liability
Social Trade Hub acts solely as a technical intermediary between signal providers and users. We are not responsible for the trading decisions, strategies, or performance of any signal provider. Users should independently evaluate the track record and reliability of any signal provider before copying their trades.
9. User Configuration
Users are solely responsible for configuring their trading parameters including lot sizes, risk management settings, symbol mappings, and stop-loss/take-profit levels. Incorrect configuration may result in unexpected trading outcomes. Users should thoroughly test their settings on demo accounts before using real funds.
10. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are provided at our discretion and typically only for technical issues that prevent service delivery.
11. Website License
Subject to these terms, Social Trade Hub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the website and services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software.
12. Geographic Restrictions
Our services are not available in jurisdictions where online trading or copy trading services are prohibited by law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to restrict access from certain geographic locations.
13. Third-Party Tools
Our services integrate with third-party platforms including MetaTrader, cTrader, TradeLocker, MatchTrader, Binance, Bybit, Kraken, and TradingView. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or terms of service of these third-party platforms. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
14. Signal Compatibility
Not all trading signals may be compatible with your broker, trading platform, or account type. Differences in symbol naming, available instruments, leverage, and trading conditions may affect signal execution. Users are responsible for ensuring compatibility before enabling signal copying.
15. Market Volatility
Trading in financial markets involves significant risk of loss. Market volatility, slippage, gaps, and liquidity conditions may result in trades being executed at prices significantly different from expected. Past performance of any trading strategy or signal provider is not indicative of future results.
16. Risk Management
Users should never trade with money they cannot afford to lose. We strongly recommend using appropriate risk management techniques including position sizing, stop-losses, and portfolio diversification. The use of high leverage magnifies both potential profits and potential losses.
17. Liability Exclusions
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Trade Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
18. Signal Verification
Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any trading signals before execution. We recommend using our backtesting feature to evaluate signal provider performance before risking real capital. Do not blindly copy trades without understanding the underlying strategy.
19. MetaTrader Exclusivity
Our MetaTrader integration requires the use of our proprietary Expert Advisor (EA). This EA is provided under a limited license for use exclusively with Social Trade Hub services. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the EA. The EA must remain installed for the copy trading service to function.
20. Intellectual Property
All content on the website including text, graphics, logos, software, and documentation is the property of Social Trade Hub or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. The Social Trade Hub name, logo, and all related names, logos, and slogans are trademarks of Social Trade Hub.
21. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Social Trade Hub, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
22. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
23. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Canadian law. Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitrations are not permitted.
24. Force Majeure
Social Trade Hub shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, power failures, or internet outages.
